Rosé, once the sweetish stomping grounds of Karen’s the world over has gained new lease on life, regaining its respect as THE afternoon aperitif.
Our grapes are picked earlier to focus on Rosé, to ensure freshness and lighter alcohol levels. The ferment on the skins was dialled to ensure the hue was correct for the classic Rosé we aim to produce - Striking light pink makes a very appealing wine in the glass.
The Cinsault structure is on point with the classic red strawberry/cranberry flavours up front and a lifted finish with candy floss in the finish. Fresh and friendly, but still dry and classic.

60% Skin fermented Semillon
40% Skin fermented Chenin.
250ml / 11.5%
The Chenin brings peach and apricot, and the Semillon citrus blossom and bees wax, with a unique caramelised flavour thanks to the extra time fermenting on the skins. But it's the texture of the wine that makes it unique with a combination of grip and rounded fruit. The wine offers something extra, pairing across a wide variety of foods, from Neapolitan pizza to Cape curries. A new style of white wine, still fresh and pure but with something extra.
